The Arts Council Silicon Valley is awarding one $4,000 fellowship to an individual artist for work in each of six categories:

2-Dimensional Visual Arts: photography, film, or video.
3-Dimensional Visual Arts: Sculpture (all media)
Literary Arts: Poetry
Music: Instrumental Performance
Dance: Choreography
Theatre: Stage direction

No specific project needs to be carried out with the funds awarded.

Arts Council Silicon Valley offers Individual Artist Fellowships each year in six different categories. Fellowships are funded by the California Arts Council, County of Santa Clara, The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, and Silicon Valley Art Fund at Silicon Valley Community Foundation.
