Backwater Arts Gallery & Studios is a volunteer run organization "trying to raise our voices together to affect positive community change without the benefits of non-profit or for-profit status. We are building our community in an old building much in need of repair and we are promoting ourselves from a non-existent shoestring budget. All proceeds from our exhibition will go towards creating an manageable operating budget for BWA and undertaking the much needed renovations to make our building the strong arts center we believe it will become, including preserving our watertower and renovating our greenhouse."

100/100 is a show of 100 works of art for $100. Artists may still donate works until March 12th. Preview will be 12pm-5pm, March 22, 2008. The "buy-off" of art will take place March 29th from 6pm - 10pm.
